Are you looking for an apartment near the sea? This duplex is made for you!
Independent Apartment from the hotel, located 100 meters from the hotel les Roches Noires, rue des Barrières.
This duplex of approximately 52 m² on two floors, consists of:
- On the ground floor: a living room with sofa and television, a dining table, an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, ceramic hob), dishwasher and a washing machine.
- Upstairs: two bedrooms, one with a double bed of 180 and the second with bunk beds for children (-60kg), a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Linen is included in the rental, free wifi connection.
Possibility of having breakfast at the hotel (12 € per person).
End-of-stay cleaning is an optional extra.
The rental is planned for 2 adults and 2 children maximum.
In season (July and August) the rental is weekly, from Saturday (3.30 p.m.) to Saturday (11.00 a.m.)
This duplex was completely renovated in 2020 to offer a quality service.
Ideal for a BALNEARY STAY (beach accessible on foot in 2min, town center and entertainment 3min ...) or to visit family or friends for a weekend or vacation.
